Conditions for Returning a Product

  1. Open in Presence of Delivery Agent:

    • The product must be opened in front of the delivery agent upon receiving it.
    • Carefully inspect the product for any defects, damages, or issues at this time.
  2. Eligible Returns:

    • You may return the product immediately if:
      • It is damaged or defective.
      • It does not match the product description or order.
    • If the product is in acceptable condition, the return will not be accepted.
  3. Return Fees:

    • A return fee equivalent to the delivery charge must be paid when returning the product.
    • The delivery agent will confirm receipt of this fee during the return process.

Steps to Return a Product

  1. Inspect the Product:
    • Check the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent.
  2. Report the Issue:
    • Inform the delivery agent immediately if you identify a problem.
  3. Hand Over the Product:
    • Return the product to the delivery agent along with the delivery fee.

  • Returns will not be accepted once the delivery agent has left, and the product is no longer in their possession.
